Such an amazing experience! My favorite part was the heated pool—so perfect on a wintery day. The candlelight concert (at the pool with all the candles) was EPIC and very worthwhile. It smelled sooo good inside and we loved all the amenities. They just need to provide a third towel during the winter as your main towel can take a long time to dry (and you have to save your second towel for your shower at the end). We booked 5 hours and still didn’t get to everything but we also hit the pool twice and many of the saunas.

My friend and I had a wonderful experience at QC Spa. It was my first time, but definitely not my last. The space was clean, and the employees were working around the clock to ensure everything ran smoothly. I especially want to highlight the manager, Godslove, who truly went above and beyond. He took the time to personally answer all of our questions and showed us around the new spaces, which made the experience feel welcoming and thoughtful. Michael at the buffet was also very welcoming and helpful. I highly recommend this place and look forward to returning.

Highly recommended! Not only was everything outstanding, very detail oriented, friendly, thoughtful, clean, and efficient, but highly personable. We left a personal item in the locker after departure and the staff promptly called us to inform us. Can’t thank you enough for your professionalism and honesty. We will come back often and recommend to our social network. Thank you for all your hard work and efforts. ❤️❤️❤️

My friend and I have celebrated our birthdays here for the past four years. It’s a wonderful experience to relax in the multitude of saunas, waterworks and pools, steam and relaxation rooms. There are different scrubs and lotions to make use of throughout the different floors. Healthy snacks and refreshments located throughout as well. Just a delightful way to treat yourself to a luxurious self care day.

My favorite spot in NYC!!! Such a perfect getaway from the busy, dirty city that leaves you feeling RENEWED and REFRESHED by the end of your visit. Seriously I feel my heart rate come down within moments of stepping inside of this wonderland every time. I've been both with friends and alone and it's perfect for either! I love the concept of this place. They have soooo many cool rooms to explore that lets you choose your adventure, whether you're in the mood for a day of pure relaxing, adventuring, resetting your body through hot & cold therapy, or a bit of everything. There's probably over 40 rooms to explore so it never feels crowded or limiting. And the whole place is sparkling clean - definitely the most hygienic established I've seen in NYC. I've seen comments about the buffet being disappointing...I personally have no idea what they are talking about. It's filled with so many tasty hot options, a massive salad bar, mozzarella, cheese and cold cuts plus an abundance of focaccias, desserts and fruit. It's a personal heaven. Plus the are little free treats hidden all over the spa to keep you going in between meals. The whole experience is an 11/10. Would encourage everyone to check it out!

I don’t know what all of these bad reviews are coming from, but I took my two daughters there this past week to celebrate my younger daughter’s birthday. We had an awesome experience. We are all three hard working career minded women and the service was amazing by all staff members. The relaxations rooms, OMG, Amazing. We really relaxed. The buffet was equipped with salmon, roasted chicken, a rice pilaf, a roasted noodle, and many other meats, salads and breads to choose from. The price of the buffet was 40.00 per plate and the food was served to you by the waiter. The only food we touched was the salads , breads, and desserts. The food was not processed. It was freshly made. We believe our favorite was going outside in the snow and getting into the water, which was warm and invigorating. We have told all our friends and we can hardly wait to go back

Had a wonderful day with my daughter and my mother for her birthday celebration. We all had an extremely relaxing day and we were not ready to leave after 11 hours of bliss. We have also decided to make this an annual winter retreat. The best time ever. And a loud shout out to the staff. Everyone was not only extremely professional, helpful and kind, they also kept the facility immaculate. I and my family wholeheartedly recommend visiting and experiencing the joy and calm we felt.

We had a wonderful experience at the QC NY Spa!! The moment you enter, you can feel the atmosphere change to a quiet and relaxing one. Lots of different spaces, such as hammam, sauna, cascade room, etc… of course, the cherry on top remains the outdoor pool with the magnificent view of Manhattan. I’d say the experience is even better in winter when it’s super cold outside. We’ll definitely be back.

I came here for my birthday with my boyfriend and we had a blast! It was a dream come true watching the sunset from the heated pool. I appreciate all the creams provided in the locker room but I definitely recommend bringing your own if you have sensitive skin. The buffet had plenty of options and everything tasted fresh. They had so many dessert options, even fruits. It was $44 per person and we found it reasonable compared to their a la carte items. Throughout the spa, everything was kept clean and though there were lots of people when we went, it didn't feel too crowded as there are many areas to explore. The pool got a little crowded during the sunset, but still plenty of space and we enjoyed being there in the dark. The worst part of the trip was definitely leaving!

Been here a couple times and always enjoyed. Definitely a cool experience for locals and tourists. It’s more of a treat yourself experience as it is a little pricey. Each time I’ve been I didn’t book any additional services but you can easily spend 5+ hours here enjoying the multiple saunas, pools, water areas, and lounges. Recommend booking the buffet option in advance. The food is good and for the price it is very reasonable. The à la carte menu is very limited. Notes for the establishment: would love a better plus size robe option, the sandals are very uncomfortable, the towels and robes hold so much water and don’t dry quickly. On my second visit I ended bringing a lot of my own stuff to make it a more comfortable experience because the robes were either normal size or really big. And the sandals are so uncomfortable!!
